This is over priced i would recomend selling it for $2.

In my opinion add some more detail
Houses
A mountain
fishing pond (large)
make it 100x100
add a premade road

simple things

i like the trees though

Apart from making it bigger and adding more detail, I would also recommend adding structures and more depth to the terrain.
