Forge 1.7.10 Mod developer wanted

Looking for a fairly experienced Forge mod creator for version 1.7.10.
It will be payed, of course, we can discuss pricing for the mods in particular wanted.

one mod is “weapon leveling” and the other is “custom forms”
Weapon leveling would level a weapon as you attack; I have how I want it to function in a document, and the other mod would be “custom forms”. Which would include particle effects, damage/speed/attack speed multipliers(etc) which will also be included in a doc how I want it to work in particular, if anybody is interested in the task at hand, throw me a message or leave a comment.
