Hi! I have a mod and it's on 1.12.1. I want to port it to 1.8.9 but it's not as easy as you think, because it uses netty and the 1.12.1 mc netty version has some functions that 1.8.9 doesn't. The code is less than 400 lines, and all you need to do is figure out how to add 2 of those functions or make them yourself or find a way around it maybe?
