Need an experienced forge mod developer to create a mod with an intricate battle system with a separate hotbar for casting custom abilties. The abilities will be allocated by the player from a custom GUI where the abilities will be stored, the abilities stored in the custom GUI will correspond to custom items which can be consumed by the player at the limit of 1 each.
