Forge mod or bukket plugin Kill Notification System [Paid!]

Im looking for a forge mod for my modpack (http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/official-heroes-of-war-2.885444) that will basically notify you when you kill a player. This would look something like:



The little notification would pop up upon killing a player and then disappear after like 5 seconds.

The mod would need to be for 1.7.10, and would be used on my servers.

A bukkit plugin is also tolerable if you can make that happen, but Id prefer a clientside mod.

The bukkit plugin version of this would be simple and would take barely 5 minutes. The forge version however, I believe you might want to go to forge forums or wherever forge devs lurk AFAIK.
