Forge Mod which pings everytime your mentioned in chat

I'd like to know if anyone could make a mod/find a mod that works for 1.7.10 that will ping if your name is mentioned in chat.

It'd be cool if it would get your name depending on what your logged in as, and not just a set name that it'd check for so you can use alts. Would be good to know when someone wants to talk to you.

You should also be able to toggle it on/off so if you're bored of the sound it's annoying.

I'll pay up to $5 to have this developed

Yeah, as jellyninja said, this is an easy code as a plugin.

But I want this as a mod, I cant implement the plugin into server I want to play
