Forge Mods + Bukkit Plugins Setup

Hey, I'm looking for a set up that will enable me to use Bukkit / Spigot plugins on a forge modded server. I'm looking for a setup that I can continue to use through different 1.7.10 packs such as Infinity, Revolution, Direwolf, etc.

I know that to do this, you need to use thermos or kcauldron .jar files, but I can't seem to get them working properly.
