You will cover any paypal fees that must be covered, as this cannot come out of my pocket. By accepting me as a middleman and using my services, you agree to my TOS. It does not matter if you read it or not. I may deny your request for any reason. Middleman servicing is on my schedule, not yours, as I am doing this free.
