Hello MCM
My name is DankyWanky and I am looking to form a build team.
This position is paid obviously since it seems like no one likes to volunteer for work. Anyways, yeah, forming a build team for my server.
This server will be a unique mini-games server with custom made plugins from my developer team. My developer team are always working on new projects and such for the server, however, currently we have no builders that will build for us. Technically, the server is "Already Made" but we require some maps so the server can finally be playable.
I am looking for at least 3 builders on my team and if I need to squeeze in more, I will. All builds needed will be on a Google Document created by me. The main things we require at the moment is a lobby (100x100) and 2 game arenas.
If you are looking on how to apply for this position, all you need to do is to MESSAGE and ADD me on Discord (MikeTheAngel#6145) Be sure you present a portfolio before you apply so I know what works you've done before.
You might be asking, "How do we get paid?" Simply, you just need to create the map and I'll pay you after the work is complete. You can either build it on our main server or create it on a separate server and send us the world file of your works.
This is how the team will get paid. If I say for example, "You guys will get paid $99 for a build" The money will be split. Since there are 3 builders on the team, each of you will get paid $33.

Currently, we have one custom mini-game created called Siege. More details about the gamemode will be explained when you get accepted into the team. We will be working and perfecting this gamemode and then work on another gamemode.

Building
So far, what we need.
-100x100 Lobby
-2 Game Arenas
Payment
The usual ToS.
You will build first. You have the option to either build it on the main server OR a separate server. If you want to build it on a separate server, you must send over world files after the build is complete.
After the builds are complete, I will check out the things that need to be modified. Once everything is under my satisfaction, you will be paid.
Your pay will have to be split towards other team members. Lets say that you guys were issued to build for $99, you will be paid $33 since it needs to be split among 3 people (Including you)
Remember, I am trying to be professional as possible. We have no intentions on scamming people. You will get paid fairly for your hard work.

So yeah, just need some builds complete. We do have a functioning core plugin for the Siege mini-game that is COMPLETELY CUSTOM CODED! We also have a Discord server if you are interested in joining and looking at the final results of our server.
If the builds are complete, we would just need to work on some bug fixes, add some polishing to the server, and we are good to release.
