Fortnite 100% CPU and Disk

Can anyone please help me with this. This just started happening when the new update came out and I can't fix it. It's not my computer because I can play any other games fine.

Same for me. Literally played fornite with like 150fps at high settings before the update, now I get about 100 and get lag spikes that make me go like 30 fps. It might be a memory leak or it's EpicGames fault.

I know for sure it's something to do with Fortnite because this doesn't happen when I play OW. I just hate how they ignore that it's a big problem and don't care

For right now the only thing possible to do is contact fortnite support. Shit pisses me off that It's right when the new mode releases and I can't play it
