Fortnite Battle Royal Plugin

Alright, I saw a thread about this earlier today and they were talking about loads of features and stuff, I'm not really looking for something like that as my budget is pretty low. But I did think that the idea was cool.

Basically what I want is just a basic version of Fortnite Battle Royal, like:

• Jump out of a flying school bus (not really sure how to do this as in the game the bus is moving and you skydive out, you could use elytra's but I'm wanting the server to be 1.7/1.8 but I'm fine if it needs to be 1.9+ & I'm fine if the bus is just still)
• Randomly generated loot in chests
• Can only break certain blocks (in the game you can break down houses / buildings for materials to build forts)
• Shrinking border

And I would only need like an FFA version, no others.
So, is there anyway I can get near anything like this with a budget of $30-40ish?

Not necessarily, you can't break / build stuff in it, there is no shrinking border.

I guess it's similar, but not exactly.

There's a Hunger Games plugin that allows the breaking of specific blocks. If I were you, get a SG plugin, set the spawns inside a bus above the map. When the game starts, they jump out. You can setup a shrinking border quite easily.

Shrinking boarder plugin shouldn't be hard to get / make.
