Fortnite Performance

Recently I've been having problems with Fortnite and my PC performance, A month or two ago around spring break I was running fortnite completely fine, I got about 120 fps on medium settings and I never lagged and I only did a couple of things to help out my computer, as of recently I have no idea what happened but I've gone through countless videos and tutorials on how to optimize windows 10 and everything I can to boost fps, now it's to the point where every single tutorial just repeats the same old stuff I've already done, I now get a stable 100 fps on fortnite, I can play for about 2 minutes but if I like, look at the sky the wrong way or look over the map my game will basically break I get a constant 50 fps and it's all choppy and I run on medium settings, Fullscreen, 1920x1080, unlimited frame rate, 3d resolution 100%, view distance medium, shadows off, anti-aliasing high, textures med, effects med, post proccessing med and motionblur on I don't know if it's just my computer or theres a virus or something slowing down my computer and I refuse to play on low settings the game looks disgusting and I dont know what to do because there is NO way I am able to get a new computer, where I live I am legally allowed to get a job but nobody is going to hire a kid with no experience, even if they did it would take a year or two to get around $2000 for a new computer (I don't know much about PC specs or anything but here they are)

16.0GB ram and 15.5 GB usable
64-bit operating system, 62x based processor
AMD Radeon R9 200 / HD 7900 Series

I know my PC is bad and they are really old parts and whatever but as I said I ran fortnite completely fine and over the years its been great I didnt have any big issues but now its almost unplayable I cant even run the game smooth

EDIT: How it all started I ended up resetting my PC and from then on I couldn't run fortnite like I used to
