Fortnite Streaming Help

Hello, so i am really wanting to stream but im having an issue where my fps and chunks are really bad. My fps drops to around 20 then back to 120 which i capped it at and in game my chunks take a while to load which can also cause me to lag.

My streams are high quality as my internet is perfect to stream on so theres so issues with my internet.

My PC Specs:
CPU - INTEL Core i5 8400 8thGen 6-Core 4.0ghz Turbo
Graphics Card - ASUS GeForce GTX 1060

If anyone knows how to fix this please could you tell me. Thanks

Take down your game settings and close extra tabs you don't need, and make sure you're streaming to what your FPS is set to. I streamed 60fps while my frames were at 120 and my stream constantly lagged. It makes your computer take on more than what it needs to
