Hello, members of mc-market! My name is Counter and I am currently the COO of the FortniteHQ discord. I have been owning, managing, and staffing on various servers as well as managing service teams for around a year now. I will now give a brief explanation of the FortniteHQ discord and what it's purpose is before I explain what is needed.
FortniteHQ is currently a discord server with around 200 players that was created around a week ago. My colleague and I with the help of a few other people created this discord to create a space where people can chat and talk to other people with the same interest. Therefore, this is a fortnite community discord. We also include other features such as giveaways, streamer notifications, boosting services (in the works), vital fortnite updates, and more!
What we are currently in need of:
Advertising Manager
As an advertising manager, you should be advertising our discord server on multiple different platforms to increase the number of members in our discord. Therefore, you should be getting somewhere around 100 members a week. We might also expand to getting different YouTubers and streamers to join so that would be another duty of an advertising manager.
Partnership Manager
As a partnership manager, you will be working to get different discord to partner with us. Such as fortnite related discords, community discords, etc. You should be getting around 3-4 partnerships a week at this position. We might also expand to certain companies such as boosting services, fortnite stats websites, etc. and that will be another duty of a partnership manager.
Fortnite Expert Manager
As a fortnite expert manager, you will need to have a high knowledge when it comes to fortnite. You will be in charge of updating the discord server with new fortnite updates by creating a change-log, interacting with the community mainly about fortnite, etc. There will be more than one spot open for this position.
Administrator, Jr. Administrator, and Sr. Moderator
All of these positions require you to put various hours to the server every week by moderating discord, supporting players, banning members based on certain situations, etc. You need to apply for this position via google forms.
Moderator, Jr. Moderator, and Helper.
All of these positions require you to do almost everything you would do as an Admin-Sr. Mod with a bit fewer permissions. Therefore, you will be helping members by answering questions, warning players for certain actions, etc. You need to apply for this position via google forms.
Famous, YouTuber, and Streamer
