Forum Background Image (Hand-Drawn)

Greetings MCM,

I am looking for someone who is making forums background images or is willing to make one. I will need it to be hand-drawn and at a size of 1920x1080. I am only looking for a detailed drawing at the top of the image and the rest can be a solid colour.
