Forum Count Thing

I have a suggestion to add a forum count sort of thing here is a live example:

On the top right you see 7/7. It would be nice to have that! It can show how many posts have been replied.

The up and down arrows once clicked take you to the most bottom (recent) post or the top arrow (earliest) post.

We have a completely different style as our Menu bar is static so this wouldn't work for us.
