Are you looking for a new forum or just an upgrade from your old forum to a fresh new one? I can do both for you, I'm offering my service as forums developer. sadly enough I'm just particular and not a professional. I work with Enjin and XenForo, so no javascript or other stuff.
You pay me €50 for your website/forums. The costs of XenForo/enjin are ofcourse not included.

If you don't have examples then offer vouch copies, use some logo's on the internet and be creative around them no one is going to pay you 50 usd and doesn't know your skills.
