Greetings, fellow MC-Market users! So, as you can already tell by reading the title, I am starting my very own forum moderation/management service. Without any further ado, let's get right into it!
Who are you?:
My name is Arcanix, and I am really passionate about working on all kinds of different forums. I live in Slovenia, and am turning 17 in October. Now, I personally prefer working on Minecraft server forums, but I am very flexible, and am also very interested in trying out all sorts of new stuff.
How much time are you willing to dedicate towards my forum?:
I am capable of moderating your forum for 10 hours every single day, however, my activity can change, depending on the deal we come up with.
What exactly is "forum moderation/management":
I believe that many of you may be confused regarding the service I offer, so I have decided to describe it a bit more, just so I can make sure that we are on the same page. Now, there are actually many things that I would be doing as your forum moderator. Here is a list of what I am willing to do for you:
Do you want to get paid for doing this?:
Yes, I unfortunately do. Just as any other server staff member, I will be dedicating a ton of my free time towards your forum, so I believe that getting paid for doing so is reasonable. I am also unfortunately not capable of telling you how much money I will require you to pay me right now, as the prices are different for every forum, depending on your forum size, activity, and your expectations.
Why should I choose you?:
Well, I believe that I am rightfully justify for this role on your team due to my previous experiences, and my activity. Trust me, I would not start offering this service if did not know what I am actually doing. On top of that, I consider myself being very mature, obedient, frequent, kind, and respectful.
Do you have any past experiences?:
Yes, I do! Before writing this thread, I have been working on many different forums either as a moderator, or an administrator. Now, I have been working on a ton of servers as a regular moderator, so I will just leave these servers out and focus on the ones on which I actually used to be just a forum worker/moderator:
To keep this simple, I am focusing on server moderation for about a year now, so I know what I am doing.

- Take a look at every single post, and make sure that not even one user is breaking the rules.
- Offer support to the fellow forum users. (I can do that if you have either a "FAQ", or a "support" forum section.)
- Edit out all inappropriate content.
- Keep the forum clean by sorting out/moving threads to their desired section.
- Write announcement posts/threads. (Weekly, monthly, eg...)
- Update/improve your forum rules.
- Resolve any fights/arguments that may happen between your players on the forum. (I always tend to resolve them from a neutral viewpoint.)
- Ban the ones who keep breaking the rules.
- Encourage people to join your server, and the forum discussions.
- Always welcome new forum users.
