Is there anyway to put a forums page on to my website other than wordpress and enjin thats not alot.

Mybb or phpbb, you could add your nav and footer to it to integrate it with your site.

https://namelessmc.com/ is an free forum system you can easily use.
Xenforo is not well for starters as it has a hefty price.
