Title says it all!

Looking for a very good person to do this with.

Would discuss what needs to be done and from there we can decide when payments are sent etc.

Need someone highly skilled in this and able to do it within 48 days when we decide on a set and stone date!

Would like to know if I need XenForo license or NO XENFORO AT ALL. Explain that to me if you are to do this.

Do not @ 1amDev He is hard to reach (Really talented) but always busy xd Would love to work with him but the timeframe for both us will not work. Spoken to him before.
