Forums website/Tebex Store (Custom designed themes)

I am looking for a forum website and to be recommended the best possible things I would need to make this go ahead, I've never done a website before and was wondering if someone could elaborate further on discord with me to arrange to have a custom designed forums for my server alongside a custom designed tebex store.

Pricing... Again I've never done a website therefore meaning I would be open to prices gave to me to understand what I need and the pricing I am looking at for all of this to go ahead.

No deadline
Budget is not needed as I am asking for quotes.
I would want Portfolio alongside experience provided if possible.

I would love to help you out on this matter! When it comes to what kind of forum software to use, there are plenty of options like Xenforo, Enjin, NamelessMC, etc. I myself, mostly design websites for Enjin and NamelessMC. The difference between them is that Enjin cost around 10$ a month (and is a bit more popular as it has more modules etc), and then Enjin will host it for you or you could use NamelessMC which is free forum software, where all you have to pay for is the hosting fees (which normally is only 2-3$), and in most cases, this is enough.
