Let me describe this..

Let's take you as an Co-Owner.

If you pay $60, I'll go & purchase the servers & upload it to my dedicated server, & The team will start working on it. Setting up plugins, building the hub/lobbies & etc stuff. Once we are done we need a name for the server. & Once we have a name, I'll go and purchase the domain & upload the xf to it. Once we all setup we need to advertise & The Co-owner will be given 20% of the money earned from the servers. the else 10% will be taken by me & the remaining will be used in support of the specs. I have no problem paying for the stuff I listed.
