A Day in the Life:
- Engage & Close: Smash inbound sales queries through WHMCS tickets, Discord tickets, and Live Chats.
- Lead Generation: Scout different online platforms to discover exciting new sales opportunities.
- Client Retention: Turn frowns upside down! Reach out to clients considering cancellation, understand their needs, and find an amicable resolution to keep them on board.
- Teamwork: Jump into regular team meetings to stay aligned, share strategies, and celebrate our collective wins!
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Willing and able to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Ready to respond to sales queries within our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- A proactive mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for hosting!
