Hello!
Today, I have come to MCM to start building up a portfolio. To do this, I will be offering some web design at a very low cost.

I will be designing websites in the $10-20 price range. Depending on how large or small your project is, this estimate may change!

As you will notice, I have a very small portfolio. This is because we are relatively new and I have come here looking for some work to build it up. If you need some affordable web design, I would be happy to help you! I will not be doing any vouch copies. The work I will be doing will be for paying clients.

I can do almost anything, from server portals to hosting company websites. Feel free to send me a PM with any questions and I will get right back to you! I have a Skype, and if you would like it please PM me and I will get it to you.

The portal looks great! For a beginner, you even managed to make it fully responsive, great job!
However, the first site you listed is just using default Bootstrap styling. You need to customize it a bit in order to really impress us!

Just going to state the fact that this guy doesn't actually code the websites by scratch, he uses a program called "Pingendo" whatever..

So, this user did use a simple drag and drop program to make his own website. But what concerns me is that if you go onto his portfolio in that same website, both the items listed are both templates. He didn't make them himself, they are in fact templates.

However, I'm sick of being called a "bully" because I have been exposing these fake "developers" and "designers". So if you buy from this user, please know that you are getting a template and not a custom website coded from scratch. The same site is being used many many other places.

But again, I'm done trying to expose people because apparently I'm the "big bully of MCM" for trying to help people get what they deserve when they spend money on a developer or designer. Best of luck to you and your business mate.
