I used to have 400+ fps, (up to 800 on practice servers) and now I get like 80-200.
It happened overnight and I don't know what could have caused this..
anyone?

This is on BLC, Forge and Vanilla (all versions basically)

It's at 8 like usual
edit:
No multi-core rendering (shouldn't that give you better fps in theory?)
Fast Math
Fast Render
barely any mods.

Did you install anything malicious? Use an external software to analyze your CPU.

Make sure that Minecraft runs from your GPU, sometimes it can be reset if drivers update etc.

checker driver updates, clear temp folder, modify nvidia control panel, turn multi-core on as it utilizes your cpu better, fast math or fast render one of them does something to ur FPS but idk if its good or bad. Check texture packs. And i'd just restart ur PC and clean up some space on it.

Resetting your PC could do it just back sure to backup your important things (really a last resort solution)

Have you tried deleting your %appdata%\.minecraft\ directory (after backing up mods/resource packs) if you haven't try that and re-install the game I had an issue with that before on my old ass desktop and gained like 30fps from it (which was a lot on a Duo Core E6700)

Could be, Tried reinstalling your graphics card drivers yet? Not sure if that would do a whole lot but I haven't really ever had a dedicated GPU either so I'm not 100% sure with that one.
Updated them, not it.

Ok so here are the last things I recommend doing before resetting PC.
(Step 1). Install DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
This software is HIGHLY recommended by most people when it comes to uninstalling drivers especially Nvidia in order to fully clean them. You will install this and extract it to your downloads. Reboot in safe mode or dont (I usually dont but just to be safe). Then click your driver in the software and then click uninstall and reboot.

(Step 2). After reboot install the latest version of your drivers and ensure that they install correctly.

(Step 3). Mess with Anti-aliasing, Post Processing, etc. And watch this optimization video.

If all else fails just reset ur PC.
