I started as a Helper doing basic tasks as forum posts replies and in-game help. After two months I got promoted to Moderator where I was in charge of server chat moderation and hacker management. Four months later I became one of the server Managers (3 total) in charge of staff application, staff team suggestions and complains, new staff organization (we created a modality base staff team) and the KitPvP and FullPvP modalitias configuration.

Why me?
Due to my experience I consider myself a really good option in terms of joining a staff team, I am a really mature person that knows how to act facing any kind of situations. Additionaly, I am able to adapt to the staff format incredibly quick also being a really sociable person that will be able to get along with the staff team. Thanks to my experience, I can, if needed, give advice and suggestions to the Management Team. On the other side, I will spend a lot of time on the server talking to the community and making them feel comfortable with my arrival as well as with the staff team.
