The server is under construction, before continuing with the work I would like to find staffers first!
It's a purely PvP server with opfactions and duels modes, a bit like a throwback to the good old days of PvP.
Here's what we're looking for:
18+ Pluginner: Able to help me build the server. I don't require any special experience; just know how to do the job.
16+ Moderators: I am able to manage the server, kicking out cheaters, and moderate most of the time.
16+ Helpers: that it is friendly, that it can help players with the experience of the mode.
Not to be rude but I'd say most of the developers or how you named em pluginner would demand payment before spending anytime on something that might not turn profitable in the end
