Who am I?
Hello, my name is FuriousFruit, or Fruit! I am a 14 year old male who loves to play minecraft! I am an overall chill guy and love talking to people, so if you want to talk, contact me via Discord! I currently live in Texas, the Lone Star State. I am dedicated, experienced, and active, which is why I am the perfect candidate as a Manager. As I have been playing this game for around 4 years now, I am very familiar with the Minecraft community. I understand how the each gamemode has its own community and how they differentiate from each other.

To be honest, I did not benefit from this server at all. The staff were inactive, the owner was inactive and unprofessional in general, the server was a huge mess. It was in development for too long and I did not feel that this was a good experience for me.

Playerbase: 10 - 20 Online daily.
This server taught me the importance of being honest. The Co-Owner of this server was abusing and lying to the players and it made us look bad. The owner was always afk and being unprofessional in general. I wasn’t benefiting from staffing on the server, so I resigned.

Playerbase: 70 - 100 Online daily.
My job as a moderator was to answer questions, look for bugs/glitches, and moderate the chat. I learned that players are really toxic and hard on the staff team for small reasons.
I eventually resigned from this server due to lack of communication and immaturity from the senior staff. The owner was really biased and unfair to some players which drove a lot of players away from the server.

TwoBit’s Official Discord Server - [Resigned] [Moderator]
Playerbase: 200 - 300 Online daily.
I was a Moderator on a Youtuber’s Discord server. My job was to keep the chat clean and help other people. I would chat and make friends with the people in the Discord server. This server had around 400 people in it and 200 to 300 online daily.
I resigned from this server due to how toxic the senior staff was. They were constantly being racist and disrespectful in general, which I did not want to be a part of.

Original Name Discord Server - [Shut Down] [Administrator]
Playerbase: 50 - 70 Online daily
I was an Administrator on the Original Name Discord server. My main job was to manage the staff team and moderate the chat. Another one of my jobs was to create giveaways as this was an entertainment server. I was promoted to Manager due to my activity, positivity, and professionalism.
This server was doing fine until a few months later, the server randomly started to die. A few days after that, nobody was talking for weeks. I have attempted to bring the server back alive but sadly failed. The server eventually shut down and there are no plans on bringing it back.

Why Choose Me?
I believe you should choose me for the few reasons stated below.
Leadership - To me, being a staff member means you are representing the server. If a staff member messes up, it makes the server look bad. Being a staff member should mean that you can lead others by example. You should be able to motivate and inspire other players. I believe that I have great leadership skills. I can motivate others and make them feel better during hard times. I have been a leader numerous amounts of times, such as being a leader on factions, taking charge when an adult is absent in an emergency, being able to think quickly and efficiently. My leadership skills could make the server a more respectful and inspirational community.
Self Awareness - I believe that a good staff member should be self-aware. I am able to defend myself when necessary without being pushed around. I think self-awareness is important because it gives us a better understanding of ourselves. We cannot understand other players’ frustrations if we cannot understand our own. Being self-aware also helps me controls my emotions. Another benefit of being self-aware is my focused mindset. I like to focus my mind on a specific topic without getting distracted and unable to finish my task. This skill comes in handy when you are catching a hacker, but people are spamming you. If you get distracted, you will most likely miss or forget about the cheater.
Handling Situations - This is how I would handle certain situations I may come across.
Hacks - If somebody was reporting a hacker, I would teleport to the suspected player in vanish (If I had the permissions) and spectate the fight. If I see some suspicious movements such as excessive reach or head snaps, I would freeze the accused player and tell them to join Discord. If he does not admit, I would then proceed to screen share the user.
However, if he does admit, I would give him a temp ban depending on how many long the punishment is.
Spam - If a user is spamming public chat, I would give him a verbal warning at first. If the player ignores my warning and constantly spams, I would proceed to warn him using the command. If the player ignores the warning and refuses to stop spamming, I would mute him for 5 minutes. If the player continues to spam, I would expand his mute every time he spams.
Player Disrespect - If a user is disrespecting another player, I would first analyze the situation to prevent any false punishments. If both players are disrespecting each other, I would kindly ask them to calm down or talk in private messages. If both players continue to disrespect each other in public chat, I would proceed to mute both players for 10 minutes.
Advertising - If a user attempts to intentionally advertise in chat, I would permanently ban the player for “Advertising” and clear the chat.
Punishment Evasion - If I discover that a player is evading their punishment, I will contact a senior staff to ban their IP address.
