This is a plugin I made called MagicalPerks. It comes in the line of the magical plugins I have been making for my server MagicalPvP, and I am making them free so everyone can enjoy them.

The plugin is a perk plugin, with the 4 perks Speed, Strength, Haste, and NightVision. It is fully customizeable, including the amplifiers, and customizeable messages.
