It is quiet funny how a lot if not every people hiding free plugin as "to gain experience" however good luck searching man. Making threads like this is just stupid. Imagine you are working at company and someone would tell you hey would you mind working for free to gain experience for fun like comeone.

Theirs actually a lot of new developers who do free work for experience, to build a portfolio etc...
