So I recently got scammed (partially due to my own laziness). My standard policy on maps that dont get paid for is to sell them nonexclusively, but this specific map is not really worth that much.

The main problem is that there's bedrock on the surface. I've lost the worldpainter world, so I cannot edit it.

3.5K is managable with Worldedit, so if you want to actually use it, that's what I recommend.

It has caves and spawners included.

Well, considering he was an idiot full of excuses as to why he didn't pay (first respone a WEEK after he was supposed to pay), don't feel too bad.
