Free 48 GB Dedicated Server?

This is the website that ive come past. I have two websites from them so i know they kinda legit.
And some how i just saw the post today so i feels like im going to share it. They have free 3 months for dedicated server but its just the matter that you have to pay for the setup fees.

If they works please vouch for me xD

They did not scam you. You didn't read their contract through. Just like sites claiming "Unlimited Bandwith, Unlimited GB" they have a limit somewhere if you dig into their TOS or something.

But what i am trying to get to is that you are not "Legally" required to pay the fine. If this was a Government website then you would, or if your service is unpleasant simply state that in the claim made against 1and1.

Well, you are owing them money. And they probably sold off your debt to a debt collecting company. So whatever, my point is just dont but into this shit.
