Introduction:

Hello everyone! I'm Jade, an experienced minecraft person who has been working on minecraft servers for 3 years now. I am looking for a server to continue my staffing experience on and to help out on. I'm a 15 year old girl who is mature and is fit for any role you give me.

Skills:

I have many skills with moderation and plugin experience. One of my skills for moderation is that I know how punishments work so I can punish people as soon as they break a rule with a warning to specifiy it. I like to moderate to help people if they need it and I can punish people if they break a rule. My plugin experience was only recent when I created my own server or had a server with my ownership in it. I am already familiar with Configuration & Plugin installation. I like to install plugins that can help with the server and benefit the server that you want me to moderate/manage.

Staff Experience:

My experience as staff has been going for 3 years on minecraft servers. I like to use my skills to help benefit servers and servers with my ownership. I generally know a lot about minecraft servers and I want to be able to express my skills onto your server and I want to be able to help out and support the server. Here are 2 servers I have worked on which I have been Moderator & Helper on. I have many other servers that I have worked on but these are the one I have managed/worked on this year. The rest of the servers that I have worked on have my ownership.

RandomCraft:

Randomcraft was only a small server I worked on. I worked with my brother IRL after his demotion but then I took his place as Helper. I helped out with the server and done my job correctly until I decided to resign because I was not active enough and I was going to get demoted for 'abuse' but I wasn't abusing and I was just testing my permissions at first.

DeltaCloud-Azus Network-Mangocloud:

On DeltaCloud, I was a moderator. I was accepted as Helper then Promoted by the Second Owner the next day. After a week or so, I decided to resign because I had my own server I was working on and wasn't active enough on DeltaCloud. This is the point where I was quite nooby at servers and needed time so I could learn as I went on. On how to make a succesful minecraft server. After a while, I decided to apply for helper once it changed its name to Azus-Network. I decided to resign the day after because I knew I'd fail again so I decided to stop now.
