Just want to give my opinion on something to help you:

What would you do if a player was swearing in public chat constantly? (And you have already pre warned them to stop).
I would say to him that if he doesn't stop, i'll ban him. And if he still doesn't stop, i'll have to ban him for 7-10 hours.

What would you do if a player was trying to get other players to go to another server?
I would clear the chat, if he already said ip, and if i don't have permission to clear chat i would contact higher staff member. And after clearing the chat, i would ban him for 30 days, or it depends on the server rules.

How would you deal with a player that was hacking / threatening to bot attack the server?
I would tell him to stop threatening the server, and i would mute & ban him for 3 days."

A Spammer: I Would Verbally Tell Him To Stop Spaming. If He Continues, I Would Mute Him For 30-40 Minutes. If He Keeps Spaming I Would Temporary Ban Him For 2 Hours.

In my opinion, you should remove this section.

The reason I say that is because each server goes by their own punishment system. Every server is different. For example, some servers don't even ban for swearing in public chat as they either mute the player or allow swearing on their services as a whole!

By saying the action you'd take, it kind of suggests that you won't follow the relevant server punishment guidelines and you'll only punish by your own opinion of what the punishment would be.
I would remove this section and go into more detail in how you'd follow the instructions of higher-up staff who decide upon the network punishment lengths.

what commands would you use?
- /tp = This Command Teleports You To The Player That You Exchange With Or Virse Versa
- /ban = Bans The Account Of The User
- /banip = Bans The Ip Of The User So They Cant Come Back
- /kick = To Kick Players Out Of The Server
- /say = Talk Like A Server Announcement, Or Speak From The Console
- /deop = De-Ops A Player
- /mute = Mutes A Player
- /who = Shows The Current People In The Server

Same goes for this. Every network is different.
I worked for servers which don't use /ban or /mute but rather /punish with a fancy GUI system or even weird chat system.
You should edit this to say you've had experience with the punishment systems of certain plugins/servers rather than saying for certain you will use these commands.


Also, just an additional tip but please please please don't capitalise the letters of every first word. You do that in a title and not a description or a paragraph part of the resume. It's one thing for certain server owners generally won't like when viewing resumes or applications. (Trust me, I used to be recruitment staff on a large server and generally, we denied everyone who typed like this on our forums for every response).

You also never specified what role you want. Do you want to be an administrator, helper, owner, moderator, junior administrator of the community of developer/moderator administrator helpers? You should mention what you're applying for if you really wish to get a staff role on a Minecraft server.

Anyways, these are just my opinions. Take them or leave them. Up to you.
