[Free] - Animated Banner

Hey, it's a bit wierd making this.. But I am looking for someone to create a animated banner for my server.

I currently am very low on funds and simply don't have a banner in my current budget.
Therefor I am asking very generously, if any artist's would be kind enough to make me a banner for a vouch?

You're not going to get free server banners these days... all designers charge money.
