Hey, I don't I have a lot of ratings, but I'm quite well known to my self and others, so If I could get one that would be awesome
Plus ratings don't mean jack shit.

To be fair, I'm not going to be too strict about the amount of ratings a user has who wants this banner, but it's mainly to prevent tons of people who aren't known or reputable asking for it, since it's gonna take awhile to re-render and loop, and I only want to give out a few. Plus, you have a banner in your sig
