What do you need to be made? Is there a guaranteed pay? Do you want everything custom? Do you have a server logo? Do you have an advertisement plan? Any past experience in owning a server? Do you have a built community? Or do you just want to try out making a server from scratch with other people's valuable time?

If theoretically someone was hired, how would you advertise the server if you can't afford funds for essential staff?
