My suggestion: Have your builder(s) put up their professional skype/email for players to contact them for build services. They get exposure via your server and website as well as free advertisement. In the future, you could look at paying your builders - but as you are still small and probably don't have a lot of excess cash to spend, that is not possible currently.

Since this is the minecraft market, it is very hard to obtain free builders, as everyone wants to make a quick buck here. Sometimes you'll be very lucky and pick up one or two builders who are willing to do it for free to build up their portfolio - but that's extremely rare. If you want to look for free builders - hit up planetminecraft or the minecraft forums.
