Free Bungee Cord Setup

I need help setting up a BungeeCord server. I have a fallback server, and one other server I want to connect for now.

If someone may help me free, that would be great!

Yes, I use different hosts and I plan on using one fully, but for right now this is what I can do. If you could help that would be great!
