If this has already been made, oh please gimme a link.

This is not a Tickety clone, please read on.

- There is a channel called #create-ticket.
- The server administrator (me) can write messages there like in any other channel.
- If anyone else who writes ANYTHING within that channel, a new ticket (channel) will be created. They, alongside other roles, will be added to the ticket.
- The channel cannot be closed.

That's the main thing. It would be nice to have other features and all, but yeah.
