User and shoutbox legend C a l l u m has just been banned for excessive violations of the rules. It's pretty clear that he was just joking around in the shoutbox and the statements he was making; anyone taking him seriously should probably reconsider. I propose unbanning and allowing C a l l u m to return on the condition that he makes his intentions clear so that the people that don't get that he wasn't being serious can live peacefully.
