Free Chat Plugin (Not selling dont know what prefix)

Hey I'm really new around here (Mainly just browse and see whats going on) and I have this very simple chat plugin that can do many things that servers want. I understand that there are a lot of these out there but, I made this to practice programming and to better my self. I'm not gonna really sell this because you can find it anywhere and it would be robbing someone if I took their money for this.

Commands:

/lockchat or /lc

Locks chat for everyone except for those who have permission.

/unlock or /ul

Unlocks chat for everyone

/clearchat or /cc

Clears chat for everyone except for staff members.

Permission Nodes:

ichat.chat.lock
ichat.chat.unlock
ichat.chat.clear
ichat.chat.bypass
ichat.filter.see

Filter:

Filter has been fixed so it removes everything whether capitalized or not.

Alright, taken a look at a few parts of the code. My only suggestion would be to try and add the feature of a config.yml (possibly to edit the messages and such when chat is disabled, or something). Other than that, good job. Well done for a plugin that you're doing solely for more practice.

I was just thinking about it, if you personally are going to use it I have no problem doing it for you. shouldnt take long tbh.

There are only 3 static modifiers.
