I have this plugin, but it doesn't work under bungee. What my thoughts are is that most newer server owners won't know how to use mySQL dbs so maybe one that runs under bungee would be a good idea

So there's no plugin that replants saplings automatically when a tree is broken - were the sapling is related to the tree you have broken. Just a thought .
