{FREE/CHEAP} Staff Manager and Server Manager

Hello, my name is Cam (I also go by Cqm).

I am a 15 year old boy that loves to play games such as MC, and more. I have multiple past server moderation experiences throughout different realms and different server types.


My experience-

1. Around 2 years ago, I was an Owner on the server named “Mineprime”. I was the owner of Mineprime for few months after the release, and it started to become a good factions, prison, kitpvp, and creative server to play on! After a few months however, the monthly payments have gotten too low for me, and my partner to handle, so we had to close it down. Throughout the time before the release, I gained experience with putting in plugins and setting up the server along with playing with other people!


2. Around a year ago, I have received a staff position on a server named SyriqPvP, which was an upcoming KitPvP server. I started off as a helper, and worked my way all the way up to manager in the few months of being a staff member. I do have experience dealing, and banning hackers, nukers, and all different types of people. The server was shutdown, however, from lack of funds a few months ago.


3. This staff position is ongoing by the way. On December 2nd, I applied for a staff position on a OP Prison server, named TreazeMC. Treaze was also a factions server last year when I used to play it, but my friend (the owner) did not have time to keep it up. He now has time to keep it up 24/7 and to keep staff on. The server and staff seem to be doing very well. The server made about $2000 during Christmas and the new year, as well as a couple Staff members being promoted! Last Saturday, I was promoted from Helper to Moderator. (I don’t mean to brag, but, I’ve gotten 15 mutes and 2 bans in the same day!!)


4. On a server named “Megacraft Empire SMP”, I used to be a 1C Helper. This meant that I was a First Class Helper (Closest to promotion). This server simple survival server that had a lot of potential, but the owner was very unprofessional at times. It also seemed as the server wasn’t going to go good on the release.

5. AeonianRealms is a new and upcoming Prison server. I am, as of right now, the Advertising Manager, and Staff Manager of Aeonian. This server has a lot of potential to have good release and breakthrough, in the Prison community.


6. I was also an Admin on the server OceanMC. Ocean is a factions server that will be released soon. I was demoted from Admin for not knowing how to configure plugins. The owner was also very unprofessional throughout the time talking to him.


7. LuckySkyblock is a new skyblock server coming out with a new twist! I am currently helper that can’t release that information at the moment. LuckySkyblock does have members waiting to join the server and have some fun! I have since resigned to focus on my small business and other servers!


8. I am also a moderator on RapidRealms. Rapid is a upcoming skyblock server with custom items and models. I have since resigned to focus on my small business and other servers!

9. Hyflare is a server in develoipment, and is going to be released later on in the year! The owner of Hyflare prison is my friend I have known for a while, and he has an amazing server! I recommend checking it out.

10. There is also another server named “Hytitude Factions”. As the server was releasing, and I was Manager, the server had experienced major downtime due to old staff members to still have OP permissions. The server has released multiple times with multiple different reasons for it to shutdown again. I have since resigned.

11. Uprising is an amazing factions server with over a 500 player database in the Discord! The server is about to release, but nonetheless the server is going to be an amazing launch. I am Helper on the server as of right now.

12. Also, MineChills is a new up and coming Factions server. I am helping the owners and other staff members with development, as I am Admin on the server.

Strengths-

1. Always ready for the task

2. Willing to step up and take action for what needs to be done right

3. Always willing to help people on the server, discord, and forums when need be!

4. I can be on the server about 8-16 hours a day on the weekend, but for the weekdays right now, I am not able to come on because of the new school semester. I still, however, will be able to moderator the forums and also discord.

I also work with other services other than Minecraft!
1. I am an Executive on Static Services where we hire freelancers to make their appearance to different communites!
2. I also sell some of the cheapest boosting services on the Market! You can PM me if you have anymore questions about this ;P
3. I also am a small YouTuber!


Weaknesses-

1. As I said, I may not be able to come on MC on the weekdays, but I will still be able to come on discord and the forums. I can also get Minechat if need be.

2. Sometimes, more than likely, I will not be able to talk in Discord calls, but I will be able to join them and listen to things that need to be listened to, and respond to statements in chat, etc.

3. I may get off topic because I do tend to get off track a bit, but all I need is a little push back, haha.

I am always able to help with a server at any time that is needed. Here are the certain times I will be on during the week.

Sunday- Monday: When I wake up, til around 9:30pm CST
Tuesday- Thursday: When I wake up, till around 9:45pm CST
Friday- Saturday: When I wake up, till around 1:00am CST

Ingame;
Sunday- Monday: When I wake up, til around 9:30pm CST
Tuesday- Thursday: When I wake up, till around 9:45pm CST
Friday- Saturday: When I wake up, till around 1:00am CST

On the forums;
Sunday- Monday: When I wake up, til around 9:30pm CST
Tuesday- Thursday: When I wake up, till around 9:45pm CST
Friday- Saturday: When I wake up, till around 1:00am CST
As I do have school on Monday- Friday, I may not be able to message you back right away.

I have been playing Minecraft since around 2012, and have been managing servers for around 4 years! I have enjoyed playing and managing servers ever since!

Vouch! I work alongside Cam on TreazeMC and they are amazing to talk to! I recently also hired Cam to be an Administrator on Ryflare, so I will he putting a positive reputation if all goes well!
