Free Developer for only 1 problem to fix

Please i need a dev aspap for only 1 issue i have about my server so here is the thing
my server was made in spanish literally everything is spanish scoreboards , chat , names ,
configs , everything
i am requesting to a dev this: So I have a plugin named Languages but it doesn't work for some reason PLEASE help me with this i just want the whole server to be english by doing just 1 thing ; Not google translating everything manually or Put essentials in it (that doesn't work)

Maybe if you figure it out il pay you but you have to fix it first thanks!

You have to translate it all. Nothing else you can do.

You could pay a dev to make a plugin that translates stuff automatically based on translators like google translate.
You could pay a dev to make a plugin that translates stuff manually based on translations set in a config file.
Or you could manually translate everything in each plugins' config files.
It is very unlikely that someone will do any of the above for free.
