[FREE] Developer looking for work (Sorta developer)

I am looking to work for a server for completely free as I am a decently new developer.

I have been developing for about 3 months (took a break).

I do not have past projects or a portfolio as I am only recently starting to make plugins for people.

These are my requirements:
Big Budget (not for me, but for the server, I'm not gonna waste time)
Friendly enviroment

You can expect from me:
To start working on what you ask straight away
Be honest about when I can't complete a plugin.
