[Free] Development server (Minecraft and Web)

Hello MCM, I have a request for you hosting companies out there and I'd like to see if anyone can meet my needs.

I'm a Java Developer, and I'm currently working on improving web development. In order to do so I need a friendly company to assist me with a website and server. Now, I'm aware that everything comes at a cost, due to my lack of funding having spent most all of my money on the laptop that I am currently coding off of I will be offering advertisement of your service on both the site, and the server. The server will need at most 1GB of ram, and I'd like them to be hosted in the US or Canada.

I'm nothing special, but if any of you could assist me with this it would mean a lot.

A company cannot provide a quality **free** service.
They may provide a **free** service, But it will not be particularly good.
I would recommend to spend even some money on a website host.
A free website host, Will most likely be able to terminate your service at any time, Sell your data, Or even just steal your precious website.

Notice how I said in my post that I will provide a service for the servers. Also, please keep in mind that doesn't validate you commenting on my thread with your paid service.
