Nope the companies I work for don't have a budget for advertisements, so I have to find unconventional ways[DOUBLEPOST=1525198690][/DOUBLEPOST]

I have one guy producing high quality work because he is motivated, the other 5 are a bit lazy but do what I need them to

Instead of having 6 developers, try to find 1-2 really good developers who will work for pay. That way you get the best out of them and they are going to produce the best possible results possible, not people who are going to make a little bit of a change and then leave due to no pay and needing to grow their portfolio of experience.

Usually does, its risky but if you manage to make it huge like Velt or Hypixel it can be very very profitable. However, with the amount of servers around these days it is very hard unless you're very well-known

Yea ik, but I keep it up because its been a big part of my life now, and have had a lot of things happen in result of running a server, its like a good memory, also because I have a team of 6 devs that help

Then I say you need to do some money management before you start a server.
