[FREE] Ender portal fix

So I made this plugin for my hcf server a while ago and didn't really use it, thought it could be pretty neat to save some staff's time so they can focus on the more important issues.

Do /fixEp and you have 15 seconds to click a block in the middle of the portal (must be same Y level)
It won't work unless you have all the ender eyes in place.
