I have worked for decent servers (100+players minimum | Biggest 200+) I have worked in a lot of roles, staff manager, community manager, I.T, developer, admin and I even owned my own server at one time. Working for free? That's odd! You either work to gain money or you have other motives.
One does not simply help strangers without any attachment to them or the community.

My guess is, you enjoy status like so many other minecrafters, don't care what community, what server, just one with the most amount of players preferred.
